Wedding Favors
I have no idea how many lbs of M&Ms I should get...

So FH and I are trying to figure out how many lbs of M&Ms we should get. And I figured what better place to find out then WBC =) We are doing the pillow boxes pictured left.... we want to fill them about half way and we have 120 boxes to fill. Any ideas?

I have NO clue! If i were you...i would buy a regular bag of M&Ms, fill up one box and see how much it took...that way you can say...OK if one bag of M&Ms is 1.5 oz...it took .5oz to fill the favor box then I need 54oz (clearly im making all these numbers up, but you get the idea!)....& then buy bulk!..better get your calculator out! haha!! No idea, but I suggest buying a small bag and seeing how many you can fill with the 1 bag. Then do some math and figure out how many bags you would need in all =)

Great idea ladies =) We're buying aqua and white colors in bulk at the candy store.  It will definitely help to just buy one regular bag and figure it out that way... thanks!!
