Hey ladies. I went to David's Bridal yesterday and the dresses I wanted were not in my size. I really love the 1st dress but the second one cost less. Leave your votes!!!
NUMBER 2 WITH NO STRAPS!!! You look SO gorgeous and tiny in it! It makes your waist look sooooo much smaller than dress #1. You look lovely in both, but #2 is just 100 times more stunning to me. : ) Good luck!
It doesn't matter what we think...Go with your gut. If you really love the first dress, and buy the second, you may walk down the aisle wishing you had the other one.
I love #2 on you...and if it costs less, I would never guess! It looks so elegant on you. Love the removable straps too. Makes such an impact with and without one. Would be good for reception to have that option!
#2 is beautiful on you! But go with what feels right to you because #1 is beautiful as well! I had trouble choosing between two dresses. and what I did was, I asked everyone to just leave me by myself for a minute in each dress (so no one could give me their opinion, so that the decision would be sure to come from me), and just spent time looking in the mirror and imagining myself walking down the aisle in each one. After a little while I just knew in my gut which one was going to be mine! Hope that helps!
I love the 2nd one! You could wear the straps for the ceremony for that elegance that every bride dreams of...and take them off for the reception...more like a party type of dress! :)
They are both beautiful dresses...but honestly when I looked at the last pic I almost thought you were showing another pic of the first dress again!! Once you removed the straps, they almost looked identical!! I would definitely go with the 2nd one w/o straps since it's so similar to the first one and much cheaper, too!!
I really like #2 with the straps. I;m glad you found something at DB because I had extreme bad luck there. Do yourself a favor and find a store that carries Maggie Sottero dresses---they are amazing due to the corset back!
I like both - I think it really comes down to what style you want to convey on your wedding day. What is the theme of your wedding? That should tell you which of these dresses to go with. Dress 1 is more traditional, more princess like and the A-line skirt is very flattering on you. The 2nd one is a more modern, chic style, something that I would associate with either a very modern simple elegance or a more informal wedding. Is your wedding going to be in a banquet hall with a lot of elaborate decor - a real black tie affair for example? If so, I would go with dress 1. If you plan to have say a tent wedding outdoors I'd go with dress #2. Just my 2 cents. COngrats and happy trails! :)
I also wanted to say that while both of these are beautiful that I think the ruffles are overwhelming your natural curves as a previous poster said. I think a more natural skirt line would do you more justice. YOu look like you've got curves in all the right places so show them off instead of covering them up with all those billowing drapes! Just my 2 cents. :) THat said they are both nice dresses as mentioned in my previous post and I think if you're in love with both of them and don't want to keep looking or can't imagine having your wedding without a draped/picked up skirt, then just go with the theme of the event as I said in my last post. :) And let us know what you picked in the end! :)
I love both dresses! Ultimately, you should go with the one that makes you go "Wow" and gives you those butterflies in your stomach...that's how you know the dress is "the one"!!
At the end of the day U have to love your dress...I finally realized what it meant to " FIND THE ONE"...I tried other dresses at Davids bridal and although they were nice I wasn't feeling them..but I was gonna SETTLE for one..until I found the DRESS..when I put it on I didn't want to take it off...
U look nice in ea dress..but MY HONEST opinion is...they all add weight to you...as a thick girl my self I thought I wanted one of those dresses too..they are sooooo dreamy with all the fluff...HOWEVER, they look more flattering on girls with slimmer figures...I say go for a mermaid style dress that would hug your bust, waist and flare out at the bottom...get something to enhance your figure instead of a dress that adds pounds to your waist....at the end of the day its your decision..
the second dress with out the straps is shows your figure the first is very full and wide, maybe wear it with the straps for your reception justto chnage up your look.
i like the last picture (dress #2 without straps) the sweetheart neckline really does it for me. it really does the most for your body and you look amazing in it!
I think you should go with the 2nd one without the straps. If you perfer the straps on the 2nd than go with the first..I'm just think dat strapless dresses look much betta.
i think the first one is absolutely beautiful!!!! i think you should go with #1!! but like everyone else said, its your day, pick what you love the most and what you feel most comfortable in!!

I also love the first dress as well, it suits you more and you look more beautiful in it. The 2nd might cost less but it does not suit you. Think about it some more and try and visualize yourself in each one and pick the one that you keep looking or visualizing yourself in......
The dress with the straps is the one For you for that Style dress. Have you tried on any fitted dresses? H would look amazing on you, shows moreof your figure. Make your husband to be say wow (252). LOL.... but the 2nd dress is gorgeous in that style.
My vote is dress 2! You can have the straps on for the ceremony and take them off for the reception. I love it! And, it's a better deal!!! You look gorgeous!
I liked the second one better on. BUT you look happiest in the first. Which one made you weak in the knees?? They are both gorgeous- I say it's a win/win.

My advice would be go with the one your heart is beating for ;) I went through the same process....picked the cheaper one.....and after 2 months of sleepless nights I went back and got the one i should had got in the first place....i was lucky they still had it.....
hey, this one looks nice, its always a good idea to wear sleaves, broad shoulders doesn't look good sleeveless, i had the same strugle with my dress :)
LOVE THE SECOND DRESS...YOUR WAIST LOOKS AMAZING!!!! ITS ALSO A BONUS TO BE CHEAPER....ITS A SIGN LOL :) I WOULD HAVE THE STRAPS ON FOR CEREMONY THEN STRAPS OFF AT RECEPTION...ITS LIKE 2 DRESSES :) GOOD LUCK, YOU LOOK GREAT!
Don't go with something just because it's cheaper. I was torn between two dresses when i was trying them on. I left and that night all's i could think about was one of the dresses. And i knew it was the one. Don't settle for anything unless it makes your heart sing! That being said. I like the first one :).
It looks good on you.
You look lovely in both, but #2 is just 100 times more stunning to me.
: )
Good luck!

Best wishes!
