I'm reposting this from earlier this morning. WBC website shut down on me earlier and I couldn't access until now. Now I'm able to put a picture to my feelings...small LOL...

I've posted 3 previous blogs about our WBC 2011 Las Vegas Convention. Even though I am already married and still dedicated to my girls here, I have taken upon myself to make our WBC 2011 Convention come to life. Amber (Foreverstartsnow) has been very busy and not able to help out as much, but me being the dedicated person that I am for us girls here, there is not many responses about our convention. I've posted up on WBC about votes that were needed and extended the voting for an extra week. I ONLY GOT 2 RESPONES?

In the begining there were 33 girls that were willing to do this and know about the end of the year deadline of possibly being involved in participating with our joyous occasion. DON'T GET ME WRONG, I UNDERSTAND ABOUT THE HOLIDAYS! I know everyone is busy planning for their joyous wedding day, but some of us have better things to do? So do I! I have dedicated my extra time into making efforts of the blogging, updates and research of plans for our Convention.

In the meantime, I'm not the one that can afford a venue deposit of a non refundable $650 for this special occasion. If I could, I'd definitely would up front the costs! So....here we are? What do you want to do? If we don't have a venue to meet and greet/convention, then the two that already responded will vote upon ourselves for meeting alone.

Anyways, sorry to come at the WBC girls like this during the time of the year, but DOG NABBIT...let me know what you want to do! Because I can just go and concentrate on other goals!

The venue is giving us a deal if we want both nites at their location. WE NEED TO VOTE ON THE SPOUSE NITE TODAY the 20th THRU MONDAY, NOVEMBER 29TH MIDNITE (Pacific time)!!!! We can use this same location for Friday nite as well with a catered dinner and beverage at the venue for $18.06 (non refundable deposit) PER COUPLE that is due by January 15th. This does not include a bar. If we want a bar its a little more added with an additional $6.94/per couple and drinks can be purchased there during our event. If not voted for couples nite at this venue, we will just do our ladies nite only as voted on before. A Non refundable deposit is still the same, no different as stated above in #1 line. Meals can be chosen and added on below if chosen for Friday Nite. The fees of Set Up charges, Room Charges, Services Charge and taxes at $33.00 per couple.

3. MEALS ONLY are priced the same for both nites, but for The Ladies Unite Nite only, these are the prices broken down appropriately. This will determine the balance owed at the venue before May 1, 2011. Your choice will be Chicken, Beef or Fish.

Gourmet Beef- Catered is $22.95 each

All WBC Ladies: WBC Meet & Greet updates, 7 months left!

Ok ladies! We know it's been a while! Are you saving for 6-24-2011 Convention? It's been 4 months now, are you being good? Remember to start saving those pennies! Just in case you are a newbie to WBC, Rodrhonda4ever (Rhonda) & Foreverstartsnow (Amber) are pulling together our first offical Meet & Greet Convention on 6/24/2011 in Las Vegas. We have previously voted with our WBC family on our colors for the event, spouses welcome on Friday nite (Meet n Greet), all ladies nite on Saturday, and more...It's not to late for you to join us if you'd like? So far we have 35 ladies that are interested and attending! Yayyy!
Updates:

1. This meeting is not being sponsored by WBC and we are on our own.

2. WE HAVE A LOCATION for convention on Saturday night, possibly Friday night as well for our joining spouses. We will vote on this on Saturday! We will have to give the venue a non refundable deposit of $650 by the end of January, so...dividing that by our WBC 36 girls will be around $18.06 each or $36.00 for both nites to include our spouses on Friday nite! This will go into a Pay Pal account with Partyshakers.com which will be paid to the venue by January 15th deadline! I'm saying January 15th, because I know that their will be some last minute girls. Not bad to reserve our venue girls! If we have more that join in the Ladies Unite, the price will be lowered!

Note: This doesn't include our food/catered price, which is separate depending on what your meal choice will be Chicken or Beef? There will be more details on that on Saturday.

3. Based on the votes prior to this blog, we voted on meeting up on Friday night before with our spouses for dinner and drinks no venue. Saturday(November 20th) will be for the ladies at the venue! Since a location/venue has been found at such a reasonable rate, we might want to utilize the possiblities for the spouse night too? We will vote on Saturday with the prices. Ney or Yay!

4. Flights, transportation, hotels are your own responsibility and purchase.

5. Updates on hotels will be coming soon for pricing and reservations.

6. Still taking orders for T-shirts for the Convention (Ladies Unite)

Hello ladies! It's been a while. Thank you for all of your emails and input on our reunion coming up in 11 months! Just wanted to touch bases with you about the update on our 2011 Las Vegas Convention Meet & Greet.

Last posting was regarding to see if WBC-Team/WBC would sponser or at least sponser 1/2 of the funding for our event? Well, we received an email regarding that it was not possible for any funding and also they are concerned about the liability insurance issues regarding it. WEDDING BY COLOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR OUR EVENT. So, this means that we are on our own ladies. You have to be good girls, no over drinking and falling, no swinging on chandeliers and no vandelisum...YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN! LOL

Anyways, we have about 35 girls interested in our reunion and this doesn't included all spouses, FH, or significent others? That's a pretty good crowd of 70 on the first nite at least. Pretty good, huh? I'm still excited!

Now a venue has to be selected for Las Vegas. We will have some ideas of that soon for voting.

Questions: On the Strip, Near the Strip, Off the Strip?
Off the strip is more reasonable of course.
On the Strip is more expensive.
Near the Strip is not reasonable, but more close to expensive.

Suggestions:

A.
(Friday nite with our spouses) Meet up, have non alcoholic and regular drinks and do dinner at a restuarant?

A venue (Saturday do a convention for us girls as planned with dinner & fun)

OR

B.
Venue (Friday night with our spouses) Meet up, have non alcoholic and regular drinks and do dinner at the venue?

Again Venue (Saturday night with us ladies as planned with dinner & fun)
C.
