Ask a Question - What to buy for parents? - SUGARR2518's Pink Wedding by Color Blog

Hey girls! I am still trying to figure out what I should get for our parents as a gift for helping out with the wedding and their support through all of it. I have already got my mom and soon to be mother-in-law a wine glass, but other than that, that's all I have bought, so far!

Are any of you getting your parents some type of picture book of the wedding or giving them photos of the wedding as part of their gift? Need some help!!! What are you planning or have already bought for your parents?

One of my friends had gotten her & her now-husband's parents really nice crystal 8x10 frames and then, gave them professional pictures after the wedding.. including an 8x10 for the frames, of course!

Me, personally... I have NO idea what we're going to do for parent gifts yet :)

Mom is getting a Mother of the bride bag, a frame and a photo album which we are getting from our photographer. My Dad is getting a hanky and picture frame and possibly something else with meaning but I haven't figured it out yet. Interested to see what ideas you get with this post! =)

I got both of the mom's personalized pilsners and both dad's personalized mugs. I'm also going to be making them a photobook after the wedding with the day of pictures.

almostmrsr - I think that both of our parents would like to get a 8 x10 frame with pic of us!

laurie88 - I have done a bridesmaid bag, but haven't thought about getting one for the mom's. I should look into that:)

tamiandaustin - I really think that I should give them a photobook too:) It would be a great way for them to remember the wedding!
