The theme of our wedding would have to be love and family. Really those two words go hand in hand. I want our parentsto be recognized at the wedding,especially for all of the things they have been doing for us throughout this special time in our lives. I think I may have found something really sentimental to do for both of our mothers to honor them. Let me know what you think!
As my dad is giving me away, I would give him part of my bridal bouquet to give to my mom. Then when I'm walking back down the isle, I would give another part of the bouquet to my FI's mom. I think this is just really special because it't recognizing both of our mothers:)
I think I'm going to talk to my floralist about doing this! I hope my mother and soon to be mother-in-law will find this touching. How have you personalized your wedding to include the special people in your wedding and honor them? Have you done this or are thinking about incorporating this into your wedding?
