Our Wedding Day!
Non-Pro Pics
So our day was AMAZING!!! Everything came together so well. We honestly had no problems at all. Now for the good and bad...
BAD: It rained all day :( which met no outside pictures like we hoped for at the park, so we went to the local mall and rode the Carousel. My MIL wore white/Ivory to our wedding! At first glance I was set back by this but after a 2nd I was like "it's my day, I'm in white, I look amazing, and people are gonna think you are stupid for wearing white." From my understaning the cake was missing 1/2 the frosting and they dropped our cake topper. Our florist got the chef at the hall to repair the cake before anyone came into the reception so I didn't even find out about it until the end of the night. The cake was not the design I asked for, but actually better :) GOOD: Our Pastor, photographer, dj, limo, florist, and reception hall were amazing. Our florist did so much more with our flowers then I asked for I was very happy :) Church rating=B Photographer= A (so far, we haven't seen pics) DJ= A- (he didn't mix well from song 2 song) Limo= A+ Florist= A+++ Hall= A+ Cake= A for taste, C for being unprofessional and not fixing their error. SO the night really was wonderful. As soon as I get more pics I will post them. Does anyone know how I can put them in a slideshow on this website???? |

1 day left!!!
Update....
So I went for my final fitting yesterday and my dress was still too long!!! Luckily they fixed it on the spot without to much hassle so I didn't have to turn all Bridezilla on them :) Last night we had our rehersal dinner and it was wonderful! The only problem we had was when we got to the restuarant to have dinner they did not have enough chairs/tables for everyone and then told me that we could got not get more tables just chairs and we would have to stick the chairs in at the other tables and squeeze in. I don't think so. So I tired to reason with them and they weren't budging so I look at the waiter kid and said " Listen I'm a bride and I will get all Bridezilla on you if you do not get us another table". Right after that Fh went to talk to mangement and we got our extra table, along with free ice cream, a gift card for $30, and a 3 person discount :)
I can't believe tomorrow is the wedding day! I'm so excited, nervous, and more then anything emotional. I just can't seem to stop crying. LOL. I will post pics as soon as I can. |

Wedding Programs....
So here they are....are wedding fan programs...We created one from scratch and then color copied the rest and put them on the fan. We used the same monogram that was on the invites and our favor boxes. On one side we put a little poem and on the other the names and titles of the bridal party. So...what do you ladies think?

Final Fitting
Not so good....
Well....today I went for what I thought was my final fitting. I was so excited! I got there, tried on my dress, and almost nothing had been fixed on it!!!. Only 1/2 of the alterations were done and most of those were wrong! They are gonna finish and fix, but now I don't get it back until next Wednesday which is only 2 days before my wedding!! Fingers crossed all goes well for next week.

Wedding Hair Style
My new hairstyle for the big day!!!
So in a previous post I thought I had decided on an up do for the wedding day. However, this past Saturday I went for a 2nd trial and tried something different. Half up and half down. This is wanted I orignally wanted , but my hair is very fine and I didn't think it would hold a curl very well, but to my surprise it did! So here it is ladies...my new hairstyle....What do you think?
P.S. A couple of the bottom curls weren't totally seperated when the pictures were taken so it looks a little funny. And I'm also going to have a rhinestone headband on. |

Bachelorette Party
So much fun!!!!
So this past Saturday was my Bachelprette Party. We went to a local club and had such a great time. There were about 15 people who came. I got some really nice gifts...VS gift cards, underwear, just married flip flops. We took over 300 pictures!! Enjoy the pics!!!
