I found the dress!
On Saturday 2 of my bridesmaids and I went looking for their dress. I basically knew what I wanted from looking online but knew it would be best to have them try it on. The shop only had one of the dress in the completly wrong color but we got the idea. The dress is by Alfred Angelo in pool with a white sash.

Daisy Seed Packets
Since our theme is daisies I thought it would be a cute idea to have one of our favors be daisy seeds. I plan to buy the seeds in bulk and then put them in little bags or something. I am going to attach this poem I found online:
"He loves me, He loves me not, He loves me, So we tied the knot!" Then I think I will put our names and date on it as well. I am excited to begin the DIY projects, but I know I still have a while yet to have to worry about getting them done! |

In Memory of Mom
My mom died in March and I have been trying to figure out how best to memoralize her at the wedding (other than just a mention in the program). I have decided to put a single yellow rose (her favorite) on the alter in memory of her. I think I am going to put it in this vase that I found online.

Scovill Golf Club
Our reception site holds 200 people. At first I figured that would be no problem and we would not have nearly that many people, but now we are having to leave people off our guest list because of space issues. Scovill is required to cater the reception and we are going with a buffet style dinner.

This cake was featured on the Food Network TV show, Ace of Cakes and I really like the design. Since my theme is daisies, I think these flowers kind of look like them. Of course cake will be in aqua blue instead of pinks!
