I had originally thought we were going with one website...their prices seemed on the money but then we got the samples in the mail. They were flimsy and WAY smaller than we had expected. Next....!

So I went looking. DIY is the only other option I've found in our budget that I like.This is the link to a set we liked...

So I want to know where did you ladies get your invites?
Did you DIY them?
DIY totally or purchase a kit? Where did you purchase your card stock, envelopes, etc?
Anyone use a local printer for their invites?
Anybody have pictures on their page I can peruse?

I bought DIY invites, got all my supplies from cardsandpockets and unpredictablebride designed my templates:-) I have pics on my page if you´d like to have a look xx

i bought my envelopes and cardstock from actionenvelope.com - you can get samples of everything (about $1 each) and you get a coupon back for the same price to apply to your next purchase, so if you make your purchase from them your samples were essentially free. i bought all my invite stuff from them and it is awesome! i made mock-ups with my sample stuff if you look on my page - they are a little messy, but that's me not the cardstock.

they were super reasonably priced too.

I bought a "Brides" kit from Micheal's. I'm going to add ribbon and rhinestones to it. Don't seem too complicated to print. And I got them on clearance!!!!! I love them :)

I bought my invitations, response cards, thank you cards, return address labels, and announcements from www.vistaprint.com and got them for a killer deal! I paid for the lowest amount of shipping time and they came in two months earlier than quoted! I am thrilled with them!

I just ordered another sample from a different company. Hopefully this one will be better!
I've had a hard time navigating vistaprint but I'll give it another go. And Etsy...I've been there for everything else never once thought to look for invites.
I'm off to peek at everyone's pictures and check out new sites! :)

I bought my invitations at Ollie's for $10 for 100. The kit includes everything you need, they just have to be printed.

I LOVE Ollies Sarah! We haven't found anything wedding related that pertains to our wedding there yet but I'm hoping when the time comes the selection will be just as great :)
