This is soon2bmrsl's Black Wedding!

For invites we are looking at doing post cards with different sepia tone photos of us on one side and all the info on the other side. Including an RSVP website, and envelopes and paper RSVP's for those that we know do not use the internet... (grandparents and such...)

The first three photos are of what our ideas are for the wedding party.
My girls will be wearing their choice of a black dress (possibly an exciting shoe... still working on that... :/), the guys will be wearing black shirt, and pants with either a white tie of possible white suspenders (which I am very excited about ) and chuck taylors for their feet!

Instead of carrying flowers the girls will be carrying lanterns, and when they get to the stage there will be different places for them to hang them.

Next is the cake... ahh the cake... We are working to plan this wedding on as small a budget as possible and one idea that was brought up was a cake buffet! I think it would be alot of fun, and a chance for my family and friends to help out by bringing their most amazing treats! (I believe we will probably get a smaller cake made that will be the center piece.)

for lighting, I want to do tons of white lights draped from the ceiling with paper chains and maybe lanterns mixed in... (the paper chains may get nixed... but we will see where that goes.)

Our wedding will be later in the day, so rather then having the whole stage lit with all the bright lights (which I hate... :/) we would like to do lanterns like the ones the girls will be carrying and tons of candles.

well thats the idea.
