Wedding Budget - I don't want to spend it! - SAVAGEHART's Black Wedding by Color Blog

Is anyone else having this problem? I have spent so much time, and gone without so much, so that we could save for the wedding. Now, we are three months away, and the time has come to really start spending that money, and I am having a really hard time doing it! Even though I have budgeted the life out of my wedding, so I know I have enough to get through, every time that wedding account balance drops, so does my stomach!!!!!

Right I had to make a 2nd payment on our venue, and the money is there when I took that 4 thousand out, I felt sick!!!

Sigh. If only weddings didn't cost so much. But, look on the bright side...it's money well spent if that means you get to marry your hubby ; )

So true! I know it will be worth it! I also know that that is what I saved the money for, but I can't help but cringe at every payment made! Lol!

I've got major sticker shock....I'm feeling the exact same way....

Its very hard!! But like the others said, it's all for an EXTREMELY good cause ;) and it's what we have been working and saving for!

LOL, I felt the same way girl!!! We used our tax return to pay for the wedding along with lots of help from both our families.. Makes me sick everytime I think about how much its gonna cost us for everything!!

I'm right with ya girl!! We've dished out so much money for this wedding already.. now as it's getting so close I realize we still have a good bit left to spend and I'm getting anxious stressing out how we are paying for everything even though we've been making monthly payments. You are not the only bride that feels this way! The way I see(maybe it's just me) I wanna send as much as possible so it's less stress the closer the wedding gets!
