Good afternoon, Ladies!! We had a productive morning today. We were both working late shifts, so we chose the morning to get things done. We are getting married in my home town which is about 25 miles north of where we live, so we went out there this morning to apply for our marriage license. Being sworn in made it so official, I'm so excited!!!
Being a small town, after that we took our menu over the the restaurant across the street that we are having our rehearsal lunch at. For those of you that haven't seen my post about the lunch, I took the restaurants menu, chose ten items off of it and made our own menu for our guests, so they can choose from that. I made the menus months ago in our colors and theme. (posted earlier, :) ) the lady in charge loved the menus and thought it was such a good idea. We aren't going to do much decoration, just use the centerpieces from my shower and I am going to make pink chocolate covered oreos as a favor. I'll put them in pink and black organza bags with ties that say "happily ever after."
Last we went to the reception site really quick so I could count how many chair bows we needed for the center aisle. And because the theatre season just began, they restained the stage, it looks beautiful!!! And they power washed all the seats, it looks great!
19 days and counting, so happy and can't wait!! We started putting things in tubs to take out to the ceremony and reception. My house is finally starting to look like a house again instead of like a pink and black bomb went off, HAHAHAHA!!
