All about Phillysgirls Bridal Shower!!

Hi ladies!!! So this weekend was my Bridal shower!!! It was so much fun. My sister (MOH) did such an amazing job, I seriously could not have imagined it any better!!! She stuck with the pink and black theme of the wedding. I can't even tell you girls how many gifts we received, crazy!! We are still in our town house and not sure where we are even going to put everything for now, lol. But it was so fun sorting through it all!!!

We didn't do alot of games as I am not a huge shower game person. We did Who knows the Bride Best, Famous Couples, and an Envelope game. The prizes were candles, and bath and body works products in of course, pink chiffon!! :)

I have always loved the fruit baskets and always said I wanted one when I got married. I said this for the first time when I was about 13, and my Mom remembered!! She made the fruit basket and even cut hearts into the handle. My best friend Leah made the pink peanut butter blossoms. And my sister Becky made the flip flop sugar cookies. She is the one making all the cupcakes for the wedding, now do you see why?? Amazing. We also served pink lemonade in mason jars. :)

I wanted to point out the sign my sister made for me. It is the black S with our names and wedding date on it. Isn't it amazing??? I was so happy!! My sister in law made the "Beth Loves Philly" banner behind it. They both turned out so beautiful!!!!

The favors for the shower were the pink oragami with M&Ms, a ring pop, and bath and body works pink hand sanitizers. Too cute!!

Philly had to work the day of my shower. We were both pretty bummed about that. BUUUTTTT....he had flowers delivered to the shower!!! They even had pink gerbera daisies and my favorite, sunflowers!!


There are a few family shots and pictures of me and my Bridesmaids. Of course my nieces needed in on the action too, lol.

Seriously, I had the best day ever. Can't believe how close it is getting!! Oh, and when Philly got home from work that night, he changed into a shirt and tie(he NEVER wears ties, lol) and took me out to dinner. I would say a perfect ending to such a wonderful day.
