Dragonwell - from usapears.com. This is an infusion of green tea with pear (the red bits are pomegranate seeds). But requires lavender soda! Where would one get such a thing in Canada?

Pear Crush. This one actually seems do-able. Its just pear liqeur with soda and fresh pear pieces all smashed in a shaker. Hmm. Maybe I should do a little testing!
Millionaire Pear - usapears.com. Also tasty sounding (minus the black pepper on top) but again involves creating your own syrup.

Ask a Question
Pear Signature Drink?

Does anyone know a really GOOD recipe for a pear cocktail? I'm debating the signature drink idea, but it does kind of require a really really good drink! I've looked at usapears.com cocktail recipes and pearpanache.com (who knew these sites existed?!). The problem with most of their recipes is that they require some pretty serious commitment in concocting your own pear syrups and juices as well as slightly obscure ingredients (anyone know where to get lavender soda?)

So if you know of any really GOOD pear drinks that might be worth trying let me know!

P.S. lol forgot to tell you, the LCBO carries Absolut Pear Vodka, and they also carry the pomegranate liquor, it's called Uphoria Pomegranate Liquor. If you search on their website, it will tell you if the LCBO in your area has those two in stock.

Oops just realized you are in Alberta. LCBO is the governemtn regulated liquor stores, not sure what it is called in Alberta, but I'm sure they would carry those two.

I've never actually gone looking for pear vodka or pomegranate liqeur before (but they both sound yummy!).  I think a little field trip to a few of the local liquor stores is in order!  It might require a specialty store to find those here...  Thanks for the recipe though!
