I'm BACK! Vow Renewal!
If you weren't on WBC 4 years ago then you wouldn't know me, but i'm NASHA! i haven't been on this awesome sight since my wedding 3 years ago, but we are renewing our vows! June 26th 2015 and i had to come back to get/give ideas. Our first wedding was so much FUN, it was huge, people still talk about how much fun they had. This time around is so different. It will be small, intimate, romantic, grown & sexy, very private. Here's my Inspiration :) can't wait to meet the new dolls

Hey Dolls, i missed u guys!
So what have i been doing since the I Do's, trying to start this event planning, my business Minem's Event Planning (Like M&M, Magwood-McClain) =) but My Mom & Dad's Wedding reception was my first official event i did, besides my wedding of course. I have a few Baby Showers and Wedding lined up now =) but here are a few pics. Their colors were Lime & Chocolate, i did the centerpieces in vases with water, sliced limes, and floating candles. It turned out awesome! |

Hey Ladies, my photographer took so many pics but she posted a
few on her blog and i'm waiting for the CD =)  My Ladies =) idk whyyy my sis took her shoes off lol  The Fellas, the only one w/o shades was Ty Bud, and believe it or not, the night before he was a in a terrible car crash and still made it to the wedding!!!!  Carleigh and Daddy... her hair WAS done lol, little girls i tell ya  Me & My Pops =)  At the Altar  Saying our vows. His were "Man, i'm nervous. Lol, Lookie here, i luh ya, i think i luh'd u from tha door" Pastor: "speak up a lil", Hubby: "I'm talking to HER!" all the guest burst out laughin,so him man! mines were "I made a wish, and you came true. I really think the angels are your brothers and they told you about me, said your just what i need. All i need is a lifetime with you. My husband,my friend, my hero, i love you!" Pastor: "Ok, everyone can wipe their tears now" lol everyone was crying  Carleigh and her "maggy" a.k.a. i need ADVICEEEE!!!
I can honestly say that without WBC and my WBC sisters, this idea would have never been so much in my head. I have always been into wedding shows and things like that, but never really thought about doing it, UNTIL i got engaged and found this website =) I realllyyy wish i found it as soon as i got married but i'm happy i found it at all. After sooo many ideas from here and getting the nice feedback from my Dolls, i was able to pull off like SERIOUSLY the most beautiful wedding my guest has EVER SEEN!
While planning this wedding my Hubby kept saying "Babe, you could do this! Like really think about this!" but i just thought he was excited at the ideas and the money i was cutting down, but after having all my guest STILL (literally) talking about my wedding a month later than i really started to think about it. So with that said, i'm going to start my own event planning with my cousin Tierra, she is so damn sassy but sooo creative. She's been blessed with the ability to make a can of beer look like a bottle of Ace of Spades lol. Considering my new last name is McClain, but my family's last name is Magwood, we came up with M&M but i didn't want to seem like the candy so we choose Minem's Event Planning lol =) *guilty face* i don't know the FIRST thing as to starting this up? and advice or knowledge? and more so i need a freakin monogram!!!! lol any takers? i need all the advice i can get please ladies. BUTT i have my first customer!!!! lol my MOMMY & DADDY! they have been together for over 15 years, (he's my step dad but he raised me) and they have been ok just being married because of how long they been together, but they went on vacation for my Dad's b-day to Vegas to party and gamble and they came back married lol! Vegas will do that i guess, but now i'm going to throw them a hell of a reception! YAY! |

i feel lost without WBC lol
It's so weird that when ur busy as heck with planning your wedding, it's a MUST to check into WBC almost everyday. Then when the stress is over and your just so relaxed and the last thing you want to do is check wedding stuff. I'm BACKKKKKKK =)
Well rested from the honeymoon and having a beautiful wedding i'm excited about everyone's wedding that is about to come up YAY! Since my wedding i have had SO MANY people asking me about starting my own business and doing wedding or just events and at first i would get flash backs about the stress of planning my own wedding, then i thought, WAITTT A MINUTEEEE! lol i'm not spendin MY money so hecks yes i will! These are just a few sneak peaks that my Photographer posted, she is keeping me on pins and needles i can't wait to see her pics!!!!! The 1st one was my idea, i loved it! and the 2nd is of me & the Hubby, and the 3rd on, well speaks for itself lol such a goof ball i love him! PS! Tash, i want to thank you Doll! u might not know it but i got a few ideas from you as to writing my vows, i took somethings u wanted to put in your ring then my own words and it was AWESOMEEE! lol too bad i cried so they weren't that clear, but i'm about 98% sure EVERYONE cried after hearing it lol |

The night before, girls my body wa so sore from stress i took a Flexoral or how eva it's spell it but i accidentally took 2 because they were so small LMAO! man i was sooo sleepy , my BF couldn't even properly do my hair because i kept fallin asleep i know she was pissed but she loves me. I was running on no joke 9 hours of sleep in 72 hours!!!! 3 hours a night, but i had my family all my sisters, my BM's and FMIL, aunts, and dad and got up early and went to do the damn thang on the hall and i LOVE the way it turned out! i got so many people wanting me to do their parties and weddings so HEYYYYY!!! Aiight Dolls, i'll be officially Mrs. McClain by 6pm =) I can't believe it's here already! I'mma try my best not to stress the small stuff but ya'll already know i'mma party like a freakin rock star! i'm such a proud Mama =)
Card Box, DONE! and i absolutely LUV it. Had 3 paper mache boxes but the height wasn't there so i made my way into my daughters room and stole her huggies pamper box for the base box lol =) a prime layer and a few Robin's Egg spray paint layers, a little bling well A LOT of bling and some ribbon. Flutes, DONE! Bought nice toasting flutes from Wally World (Wal-Mart) in clearance and took them to thinks to be remembered to have them engraved then added some crystals to bling it up. Tear of Joy packets DONE! Thanks to my Boo NaeNae! a little stock card, dollar tree tissues, and them envelope from Ebay for like $5 for 100.. NICE Bags for candy Buffet, DONE! ordered some chocolate brown bags and made a little monogram and printed it out on sticker paper and VOILA! |

So i will say Spray Paint is my BFF! I know ur wondering where the heck this pink came from... well i felt like i was missing something, like i need a pop of something and i LOVE IT!
I got these photo frames from Family Dollars $1 each and got 20 they were originally black but i spray painted them pink, nice for Demask brides =) and i just used a shimmery card stock and printed out in Tiffany Blue with Brown outling. I went to my Bach. Party in NYC with 4 of my girls i'll post a few pics and i came home and the FH did ALL the centerpieces!!!! lol i was so shocked and happy. I helped by adding a little touch here and there. But basically they are the same ones from my Mock one i just added the orchids and used a vase with gravel rocks i spray painted a little with pink and some brown rocks too. We didn't add the crystals to these ones yet because i don't want them to get tangled and we still have to add 2 handing votive candles to each. =) Bubbles! so easy, $1 for 9 @ Dollar Tree YES! i just bought some clear address labels back when i sent out the invites and i used them to make a simple monogram and put them on the bubbles. EASY PEASY! The Menus, i bought this paper at the Dollar Tree too $1 for 25 which was cool for the little design and thats about it The Flowergirl Basket i got at Family Dollars for $1.90 and spray painted it silver and added the tiffany blue ribbon, then the brown, then the pink. The 2 kissing balls i got @ Michaels 2 for $5 or 2 for $3 i can't remember but it was in the clearance i spray painted them pink and added the tiffany blue ribbon. |
