We are so excited! We have been trying for a few months and we finally are going to be parents! This is baby #1 for both of us and the first grandchild for both families so easy to say that will be one LOVED munchkin! We are happy, nervous, excited but we know with God we can do anything! I've been feeling okay, a bit nauseous here and there. I don't have my first appointment for a few weeks but I wanted to share.

So me and hubby were looking at wedding stuff last night and I asked what colors he wanted. He said he wasn't sure and it came to me...coral and turquoise! I really like it and it's VERY different from our wedding (red and purple)! I'm excited but the hubby wants to seek other options just in case...yeah sure :P

So I've started pricing out beach nuptials in Florida, Hawaii and South Carolina and they rage from $199-$8,000! But my real question is when planning a destination wedding how much stuff is too much? I see a lot of items I would like to make or have at me wedding but the thought of bringing all that stuff makes my head hurt! Plus some beaches require permission to have decorations...I'm just concerned and I'm not sure what to do.
-How do I travel with the things I make? (Especially with travel regulations!)
-Should I just pay more for all the things I would like?

I'm SO confused!!!!!!!!!!

Any destination/beach wedding ladies have any answers or advice?

I've recently (1 1/2 months to be exact!) started my locs (aka dreadlocks or dreads) and I have no idea how long they will be in 3 1/2 years especially since my hair was to my shoulders when I started! But I have found some hairstyles I really like! What do you ladies think????

I think for the beach this style of dress would be perfect! I love it plus I'm a shorty (4'11) so it may look like I have a small train!

SO our plan is to have our renewal on the beach in Florida or Hawaii :) I don't know the wedding colors just yet...maybe traditional sea colors (teal and tan) or something funky (teal, lavender and green or pink?) Just thinking aloud. Here are some inspiration pics I found. Enjoy!

My husband and I have been married just over a year, February 12, 2011, and I know we want to renew our vows for our 5 year anniversary in 2016!
