Wedding Invitation - Invitatin wording....help!! - MRSGAP's Black Wedding by Color Blog

So far the plan is for us to be married on the beach at a friend's house with the reception to follow at a hall in town.

My question is how do we indicate the ceremony location on our invitations? All examples I have seen so far just list a church or hall... I have no idea how to indicate it is a private home. And to make things more difficult the home is owned by one woman, as well as her sister and her sister's husband. How on earth do you phrase an invitation in a circumstance such as this???

So far I have:

Country boy meets city girl

________ & __________
as we smile, laugh, cry, eat,
and laugh some more
Saturday, the eleventh of August
two thousand twelve
at three o'clock in the afternoon
at the home of July and Kent ____ & Jane ____

Do you have a suggestion for more graceful wording? Do you list the address of the house under their names, or just include that on the directions/map insert?

Hmmmmm....that's a good idea actually!

OH!! Look at my blog!!! I might have the answer for you! If you are getting married somewhere differnt then food and your using apocketfold invite I did an insert saying "Reception" that has all the details on it!!!

If you don't mind me asking where did you find these invitations? Are they DIY or store bought? I'm looking for vintage style wedding invites myself. Thanks!
