Bridesmaids
I am having 5 of my friends stand with me in my wedding! They are all such amazing women who are so dear to me:) Matron of honour is my sister, bridesmaids Rachel, Lynn, Crystal and Cheryl! All such beautiful woman who I am delighted to have spend my wedding day with me:) They will be wearing pink- not sure yet if it will be floor length dresses or knee length since it will be in the winter :)

Personalized christmas ornaments
My fiance and I were talking about wedding favors and I really wanted to give something to our guests that they can use and be reminded of our special day! So my fiance suggested we either hand paint our own christmas ornaments ourselves or order them from a vendor, we have not decided what to do yet, but will decide before Christmas is over incase we decide to paint our own and personalize them!

DIY Wedding
Centrepieces
Since we are getting married in winter in November, I thought a winter wonderland inspired wedding would be so beautiful! And throw in our wedding colors of bright pink and green would make it even nicer!!
I am wanting to incorporate christmas ornament balls in green and pink in large vases with pine cones sprayed silver and tea light candles on the table as centre pieces. I really wanted to have some silver branches coming from t he vases but my fiance hated the idea of branches unfortunately! But at least he is helping me with ideas so need to respect his ideas too! Any ideas of anything else to spice up my DIY centre pieces. I am not wanting to have any flowers on the tables either, just keep it winter inspired! |

Wedding Cake
Pink, green and snowflakes!
Fortunately my fiance's aunt is paying for our cake for us! Her best friend makes cakes and she is willing to buy our cake for us which is totally appreciated! We are going with a round cake, three lays with white icing, pink snowflakes and green ribbon around each layer.. it might change a bit , but from p ictures I have seen I think it w ould look great!!

Wedding Rings And Jewelry
My lovely ring!
Just wanted to include how I got engaged!
I was just home from work and at my in-laws for dinner on xmas eve, and TJ was acting a bit odd but I just pushed it aside. After dinner his parents rushed downstairs and made a point to said "let's go watch the 6pm news". I was in no rush, and went to change out of my scrubs. Then I made some tea and TJ kept saying.. come on come on. And I was going to walk downstairs to visit with the parents, and Tj said put your tea down and said come hug me. So I did, and he started saying how much he loved me.... and he walked me over to the Christmas tree and got on his knee and asked me to marry him! It was sweet and simple and absolutely the way I wanted it. He is such a sweetheart and I can't wait to be his wife! |

Small, elegant, simple wedding!
November winter wonderland wedding:)
We were going to have a destination wedding, but due to family members health we pushed our wedding back and are planning to get married at home next year. We are still only inviting the small number of people we were going to invite if we got married away in Mexico. Very excited of planning our wedding in our small town and having a small, simple elegant winter wonderland wedding with bright pink and lime green accents!

Trying to decide..
Going to go wedding dress shopping in January with a few girlfriends, have looked at tons of dresses online. Wanting to try on sweetheart necklines with a-line bottom! Very excited to try dresses on!
