NWR this is our baby....
3 year old Griffin!
When we first got him he fit in the palm of our hand... not so much anymore!!!! LOL Best dog ever... everyone is always commenting on how fantastic he is! We love him... he is spoiled... well common he is our first kid!

Bridesmaids
DRESSES ARE IN .....FINALLY
So it took SIX months but they are finally in! Now we have to get to work fixing them up....
1) getting rid of the broach... too dainty 2) shorten up to the knee (right now they are floor length) 3) add my fantastic beautiful LIME GREEN sash! 4) all the fittings and alterations! So my sister raced over so excited because unfortunately they did not have sample sizes in her size so she basically bought the dress fully blindsided! and guess what ... it looks FABULOUS!!!!! Now obviously matt is standing in the background holding up the length and the sash so ya its not exactly how it will look but pretty much!!!! What do you think???? |

So I haven't posted in A long time but I thought I would share my weightloss progress with you! Now keep in mind I have been doing Weight Watchers since september so obviously slow and steady wins the race! 25lbs in 8 months!

Favour Tags!
Well I had this idea that since we are doing Chocolate dipped candy apples as our favours we should make the tags LEAVES! and the sticks that they are going on will look like twigs! Very earthy and all our colours!! Yippee so the bridesmaids and I got down to business stenciling and cutting and stamping and hole punching! And they look cute! Very nice!

Seating Chart!!
Right now this is my absolute PRIDE and JOY!!!!
Love Love Love it! Got this idea of the riddon seating chart from a few lovely ladies online here! I added a few of my own ideas. The numbers are not glued on yet cuz I don't want to add anymore weight to the board until I absolutely have to. The numbers are wooden... we painted them and hot glued them to wooden polka dots that we painted. I wanted to show you how it will look so I layed it all out on the floor! LOVE IT!! I still have to make the second one though cuz we are going to have about 20 tables! Also that night I made the escort cards, I just hot glued these cute fabric flowers onto ivory tented escort cards! Excited to see how it will all look when its done! |

Wedding Hair!
Trial #1
So lucky me.... my MOH is my sister who just happens to be a FANTASTIC and talented hair stylist! Which means she is gonna make sure my hair is AMAZING! So since I get to do multiple trials for FREE we thought we would post some pics of our first trial!
Ok So I have posted some pics but there are a few things missing! 1) my hair will not be pink for the wedding 2) there will be a flower on the up side of my hair 3) I am adding long extensions down the curly side to make a long pony to about my chest. 4) I will also hair my veil on So all these things will be done when we do our next trial a little closer to the wedding! Tell me what you think! I love it! I think it is victorian but FUNKY! |

Sent off the contract today! The Apples are officially ordered! Yum Yum! Everyone I tell is so excited! They think it is such a neat idea ESPECIALLY since they are our colours!

Got a Minister!
Now my grandma can sleep at night (lol)
So we booked our minister last night, turns out we couldn't get my brother ordained in Canada, it's definitely much easier if you are a US citizen! So Anyways we found a nice guy, who says he will do anything we want! So we still get to have lots of say in whats going on. You know what I found out, we can do the legal document signing BEFORE the ceremony so we don't have to set up a table and tablecloth and chair and waste peoples time watching us sign things! I like it! YEH! Another thing off my list!

Booked the Hall today!
WOOOO Finally another thing off my list... a BIG thing!!! We wbooked our hall, it holds over 300ppl, it has a stage, it is a great central location which was important because we are from different cities originally! We got the hall and 2 bartenders for $460!!! SCORE! So Happy! Maybe I can sleep tonight... wait no..... LET THE PLANNING BEGIN.....
