no way! I think it's perfect! it's sexy and that meshy part would look so classic when you're walking or the wind blows...if there are pics near water and you're in this dress it would look perfect man!!!

There is no such thing a "too elegant".  It is beautiful and I think it would be great for an outdoor wedding.  It's not like it's a princess ball gown.  I love it.
