We finally booked our honeymoon!

I am so excited that we finally booked our honeymoon! It took us a while to figure out what we were going to do because we don't have a lot of money to spend but we still wanted to do something special and go somewhere neither of us have ever been.

So we picked Riviera Maya, Mexico. We're staying at an all inclusive resort, the Catalonia Maroma for a week. We went through a travel agent that my mom knows and she got us a deal that included non stop flights and the hotel from Saturday to Saturday. We're going July 30 to August 6.

The beach is one of the top 10 in the whole world according to National Geographic. The resort is not too big or too small which is exactly what I wanted. And there are things to do around the resort. There are ruins, it is in between Cancun and Playa del Carmen. And we could take a ferry to Cozumel.

And there is a pool bar, which we all know is really the most important thing.

Anyway, I can't wait to go and spend a week just me and my man in the sun and sand. I just wish it was sooner.

Yay!!! I'm excited for you! I was so excited when we booked our honeymoon, now that it's getting close and I found out how much flight tickets were I'm a bit nervous, but we have never been to an island before so I'm glad we can experience it together and I'm sure we will make memories we will never forget. I've heard GREAT things about Mexico! I'm sure you will have a GREAT time! Take lots of pictures for us girls here on WBC :-)
