LOVE how my DIY card box turned out!! I already have a 'Tiffany's' themed bathroom, so just snagged the big diamond out of my bathroom and attached it to the top... PERFECT! I also used velcro for part of the the ribbon, so that it can be easily opened and easily reattached to reuse!

My daughter helped me tie up the 150 bubbles in order to get a ridefor her and the girlfriends to the movies.... gotta love it! So another little item checked off the list, and so much more to do!

This looks awesome! I love it! Where did you get the boxes from? I'd like to do something similar but don't know where to start.

I got the top two from Michael's, they were the brown paper boxes in the 3 box set, and used my 40% off coupon. I didn't like how close in size they were so i used the biggest and smallest box out of those three, and then had my FH part with one of his shoe boxes for the bottom box.

Cut a hole in the top of the bottom box, then on the bottom of the second box, and the envelope hole using a box cutter. Then wrapped them in fabric using a fabric spray glue, attached the bling trim with the glue spray, then using the velcro for the ribbons in secret spots, (inside envelope cut and on top for the other side of the ribbon) to allow the box to open and reuse easily, added the diamond ring and the bow and DONE.

This is so great, I'm doing the exact same card box but damask and chartreuse! I've seen some other replicas of this one that didn't look so hot and I got nervous, but Im glad to see someone else recreate it and have it look perfect!!! I can't wait to get started on mine!!
