A week ago friday my mom, FMIL, and one of my bridesmaids Lindsay went with me to meet with the decorator! It was a lot of fun and I am so excited about the decisions that we made! Here are some of the details for the reception decor:
-Two tiered head table with white sheer criss-crossed draping behind where me, sean, and our MOH and BM will be sitting (like in the pic), then on the side panels there will be white sheer draping with crystals hanging and purple uplighting shining on it
-Entire room will be lit up with purple uplighting
-white table linens with swirl pattern, and tight rouched chair covers
-silver charger plates at each place setting with white napkin on top and crystal buckle around each napkin
-tables will be square with mirrors instead of a runnner down the middle
-CENTERPEICES (my fave part) will be an 8 in. tall square vase in the middle with white hydrangeas and white orchids on top, and two 5 in. tall square vases on each side with water and a floating white/purple orchid floating in each. there will be rhinestone mesh wrapped around the bottom of each vase for bling and there will be little tea lights and crystals on top of the mirrors in between each vase
-The ceiling decor will be 8 seperate peices of white shear material draped from the center of the ceiling outword with one rose ball and two mirror balls hanging from the outside end of each piece of fabric and acrystal chandelier will be hung in the center of the dance floor with roseballs and mirrorballs hung around it!
The pictures I posted are just some of the pictrues I used as my 'inspiration' while I was at the decorators...although my reception will be more "white" and purple!
Its probly a little hard to picture all of this but i just had to jot it all down bc im so excited!!!:)
