Flip Flop Basket
I decided to make a Flip Flop Basket for our reception, because I was at a wedding last year and I bought my own flip flops, but there were other people on the dance floor without shoes on and their feet were GROSS, black and dirty. So I said that won't happen at my wedding. I went out and brought 30 pairs of flip flops sizes 8,9 & 10, I made labels from cardstock and tied them together with ribbon. I made a sign that says
" Dancing Shoes. Kick off Your Heels. Compliments of the Bride and Groom |

The Upgrade
A Month ago a diamond fell out of my ring, I was heartbroken!! My FH took it to get fixed and I was happy once again. Two weeks later the same diamond fell out, so my FH took my ring and came back with a totally different and bigger ring!! OMFG I was so shocked and surprised I didn't know what to say. He is the best I just Love Him

NYC "Sex & The City" Weekend
In June some of my Best, Best Friends and I are going to New York City for the weekend! OMG I can't wait. We're going on a Sex and the City tour of places that were in the show, we're also going to a Drag show and a night out on the town! I'm so excited, and they also had these cute shirts made (a surprise to me). I have the BEST FRIENDS!

Finally down to the wire, I got my candy buffet sign and programs finished. I've done about a MILLION DIY projects for this wedding. Anything that I could do myself I did. The only thing left to do is my place cards and layout board of the reception room. PHEWWWW

I started my DIY aisle runner. So far I have designed and printed out my monogram using Microsoft Publisher. I was a pain in the butt putting the monogram together 15 pages!

I originally wanted a card box that I saw that held 8x10 photos, then I started doing all these DIY projects, searching websites, etc. So I decided to make my own card box. I'm even considering doing my own centerpieces, the florists won't be happy about that! :0)

Tissue Paper Pomanders!
I wanted to decorate the Ceremony room didn't want to go over the top, something simple, but elegant. So I decided to make some Aisle Pomanders. These and a DIY Aisle Runner (I'll put photos up when I finish it) along with chocolate and latte rose petals.
