Wedding Venue
We have booked our VENUE!!!!!

It feels soooo good to have our venue booked and a contract signed!!! We'd visited this place before and liked it but didn't ~~LOVE~~ it. So we didn't book at the time. We decided we would wait and attend an Open House they held today and **BOY** did they pull out all the stops!!! Food, DJ, cake, linens...the whole 9 yards in one room! The ceremony with candles and quiet and sweetness in another room. I wasn't expecting that and actually CRIED when we went into that room. We got an awesome deal bc we were willing to have it on a Friday and because we booked during the Open House. We have a small, intimate guest list and no bridal party/attendants so Friday was always an option for us to help with the budget and to have room to negotiate. I am so excited and FI loves the deal we got (he's paying for the entire wedding by himself). Done and done!! Woo hoo!

Yes it is exciting, Fabulous!! We hv a very short engagement and a certain vision for tue wedding and the thing that was most concerning was finding a venue.

Hey katieebee i am a Houston bride and just by reading your post it sound like you pick the same place that i have CC. i also was there at the open house but i had already book them for my wedding. You made a good chose because its not much you have to do because they do everything for you. Congrats.
