I just started experimenting with my candy stuff, made the labels last night and did about 1/3 of the jars with ribbon...still a ways to go, but thought I'd post some pics anyway!
wow where did you find your candy. I was trying to keep everything within my color scheme but I see that it's pretty even without it like that. And that back wavy jar with m & m's.
Oh do you have a template for your label? How did you do it to where the sides go in, could you give more instruction my email is tippie01@yahoo.com or go to the contact me on my blog, thanks
Thanks for all your comments! I bought most of my candy from wholesalecandystore.com. It's a great site if you have a business ID or know someone who will let you use it...I saved tons of money from buying on here. Also, I bought a lot of my gummi candy from Amazon.com...free shipping on orders over $35. I too was planning to do candy only in my theme color, but changed my mind because of how limited I was on what I could buy. I'm glad I changed my mind!! I will post more pics soon!!
LOVE IT!!!!!!!! I am thinking of doing my colors only, black/white/green, but your right, you are so limited to what you can buy and I LOVE candy, so I dunno how that's gonna work lol... Can you tell me where you bought your jars? I've seen the huge nice ones from Hobby Lobby and they are a good price when 50% off! I love that wavy jar. where did you get that one???
To be honest, this is a jar that I am borrowing for my florist and she doesn't remember where she got it!! I have never seen anything like it in any store...sorry I couldn't be more help!
Most of my jars I bought at Michaels. Some from Joann Fabrics and Old Time Pottery. Walmart and Target have some too, I've bought so many I can't keep track! We have 30 different sweets and so I had to buy a lot!!
