Wedding Reception

HELP!!!!!! Need to find a venue!!!

I am helping my cousin in law plan her wedding. Her budget is 6,000.

We are looking for a venue that cost NO MORE than 3,000 in southern Cali.

that includes;
*tables & chairs
*linens & napkins
*silverware
*at least 6 hrs. of party time
*venue clean up
*pre-time for us to set up
*somewhere where they allow US to bring our OWN caterer.
*& fit at least 200 people

Again it cannot be more than 3,000.

LADIES PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11 WE NEED TO BOOK A VENUE ASAP! :(
