DIY sweet peas

I finally decide on our flowers. Most of the time simple ideas are the best and I think that this time simple is also beautiful. I will be ordering 500 stems of them (250 in bright pink and 250 in soft pink) from fiftyflowers.com. I will be using them this way:

bridemaids bouquet: 20 steam each x 3 = 60

boutoniere for the men: half a stem each x 8 = 4

corsage for the mom and grand mother: 2 stems each x 4 = 8

my hair wreath and flower girl wreath : about 20 steam

my bouquet: 50 stems

this is only about 150 stems I will us the rest in small bud vase for the tables, bigger vase for the bar and our sweetheart table, some for the bathroom, the small table at the ceremony, the guest book table,etc.

the flower will be arriving on Friday and the wedding is Sunday morning so we will be able to do some of the work on Saturday, we will just need to do the wreath,corsage and boutonniere the morning of. But its ok, I will have lots of help.

I sure it will look really pretty, I'm exited!

update: I might have found a florist that could do it for me so we will see if its diy or not but the ides stay the same.
