Honeymoon
Now that the wedding is over here we come!!!
So i havent been here for a little bit.... but i have missed you all... its harder to be on here now that the wedding is over lol... not as much to blog about ... but as of last saturday jeff and i figured out where we will be going for our honeymoon and booked it.... we are going to the beautiful dominican republic... the resort we will be staying at is called the Dreams Punta Cana resort and spa... here the website if anyone whats to read about it.... i cant wait to go we leave Jan 8th 2009

We are married
i cant believe its over:(
So the wedding is over and it was amazing!!! everything went well other than it rained the morning of, and it was an outdoor wedding... so as you can imagine the ground was very wet, which made lots of mud... my dress is so dirty, and my feet were nasty the next day. But as much as it upset me, my guests didnt even care, they all had a great time! with their very muddy feet lol....

Here comes the bride.... in 3 days!!!!
So i guess this will be my final post as a single woman.... cause in 3 days i will be married...With so much to do, i think its gonna be hard to find time to see what everyone is up to, but i will try to keep updated lol.....i will miss everyone will all there help....maybe you girls can help me pick and plan the honeymoon lol, since i have 6 months of planning.... but thanks again girls for all your help, man did i need it lol.... i will post pictures of my day as soon as i get them!!! and i hope all of your weddings turn out amazing when they arrive! Wish me luck and pray for no rain(since they are calling for it and its an outdoor wedding :S)

help, 4 days before the wedding !!!!!
OK so as most brides, i am stressed with only 4 days left to the wedding... well i dont know anything worse that could happen that my face breaking out...i never get zits.... and i mean never... well becuase of we are guessing stress i broke out!!!!... now i need to get rid of it before the wedding, and try not to be more stressed(do you know how hard that is lol)... Please ladies i need help to clear my face!!!! tell me the secrets, since i have no ideas

How Old does your something old have to be??? What are you girls doing for your somethings?
Ok so i thought i was good with the somthing old, blue, new and borrowed but when i was writting them down last night i guess i really dont have them all.
Here's what i have: Something Blue- My garter Something New- Thats easy there is so much Dress, Tiara, etc Something Borrowed- My MIL veil, My grandmas braclet Something Old- this is my problem For my somthing old i dont think it will work. My grandmas braclet that i am using i dont know if its old enough. How old does somthing have to be to it to be considered my something old?? Its not brand new but its not 30 years old.... Please help i have to figure this out there is only 11 days to the wedding!!!! What are your girls somethings????? |

Coming fast with still lots to do!!
2 weeks TODAY!!!!
So there is only 2 weeks till the wedding, i cant believe how fast its coming, and there is still lots to do
~Get booze(parents picked up today) ~make more personalized water bottles since didnt make enough ~buy rest of wedding party gifts ~Attend one more bridal shower ~Attend Stagette ~Finish wedding signs ~Attend Rehersal ~Email minister ~meet with lady doing ceremony music ~Pick up cake and make final details ~dress fitting ~see my daughters dress for the first time(its being handmade by a friend) ~get ring cleaned ~Update registry Oh and i am sure there is more......there is always more i am noticeing with weddings Update to a post.... i didnt go with blue nail polish but the brightest pink i could fine.... i tested it and it looks so great!!!!! i am super excited about this lol  |

so i was just wondering what other brides are planning on doing for fun little surprises for their FI on the wedding day???
I was thinking about having bright blue(one of my something blue) nail polish on my toes. since i am wearing ballet flats for the ceremony then flip flops for the reception i figure my feet will look good for the serious part then they will be fun for the party part.... |

I need advice and need to vent
Ok so here is the issue, just a couple of days ago Jeffs ex girlfriend contacted us and saying congrats on the wedding etc. she also added jeffs mom to her facebook(which is fine just weird that all this happened at the same time) and after telling me and jeffs mom congrats on the wedding started sending Jeff emails saying how much she missed him, wished he was single, and told him he is making the biggest mistake of his life oh and that i am just a sl*t. Now where is it this girls place to tell Jeff someone she hasnt talked to in 3 years, that this is a mistake.. or call me a slut when she doenst know me at all..... especially 24 days before the wedding....
she also sent me emails telling me that Jeff told her i am forcing him into marrying me.... now seriously she tryed to make him marry her and have a child together when they were together and she failed, what makes her think i would be able to force jeff into marrying me....And what makes a person say this...GRRRR... and then to piss me off just a bit more, for a day and a half she just sent me emails saying "lolololololol" and thats all the email said ,WTF is that???? is she trying to make me more stressed that i already am?? Jeff and i both blocked her from everything we have, so we are hoping that she just stays out of our lives.... But what do you girls think??? Why would someone do this?? If she was trying to make me upset well it worked..... |

So i know i wasnt going to cut my hair until after the wedding because i wanted long curly hair for my wedding..... well guess i changed that plan a little this past weekend.... i went to my MIL's house (she is doing my hair for the wedding, she is a hairdresser) and she showed me this pic of a hair style well i feel in love and so did jeff....needless to say i wont need really long hair to do it, so we chopped off a few inches and put highlights in it.... i am super excited and love the new dew!!!!....what do you girls think???
other than that i really didnt do much to do with the wedding this past weekend and now i have some catching up to do.... only under a month left..... so much to do....getting excited and stressed..... |
