1. I used a bouquet holder with the floral foam ball top (I bought the petite gala brand) and I glued a white feather boa i wraped around the top using hot glue 2. I used this tutorial to make the flowers diy.weddingbee.com/topic/feather-bouquetsflowers-tutorial 3.I then stuck the flowers in to the bouquet holder through the boa and played around with the arrangement until I got it a way i liked. then I had decorative floral picks with pearls and crystals on them and stuck them in too after cutting them with wire cutters so they would not be to long 4. then using this tutorial I made the handle(because the holder had a plastic crystal looking one I did not like ) diy.weddingbee.com/topic/what-can-you-do-with-a-paper-towel-roll-and-a-feather-boa./ only I used toilet paper rolls instead because, I didnt want the handle that long. to make it durable I cut a slit in the side of one of the rolls and wrapped it around the other and glued in place, then I wrapped ribbon around it untill I found a look I liked .I then used the tops of some of the floral picks I cut off with wire cutters and glued them on to the handle for decoration so I basically just used some Ideas I got from some other crafty brides and put my own spin on it I got all my feathers off of etsy.com except the boa I got it from AcMoore craft store ...and the total cost was about 40 dollers which I think is awesome ,because the ones I saw were up in the hundreds ..good luck making yours
