***SAVE THE DATES***
New photographer, New save the dates! So this is what I have finally figured what we will do. I got my inspiration from dncr2001. I loved her gate fold, but wanted it bigger, and wanted to include more photos. These are full 81/2 x11 save the dates.
What do you think? Anything I should change? We will include some of the sillier, paint photos on our photo montage that will be shown on our wedding day. I blurred out our wedding website for privacy reasons. :o) |

We got our cd back! yay! There were 150 photos on there! Sooo exciting. I posted a teaser of some of our photos already. But I just can't help myself, I want to show you girls some of our faves too!!!
We love sports!! Those were taken at the university we will be graduating from in May (FINALLY)! We took some downtown, by a train station, then out front of my college of Arts and Humanities building to have our paint war. The photographers came up with all of these ideas and locations. And they are PERFECT for us! LOVES THEM! |

This is a dress by WTOO bridesmaids. I keep trying to find something to beat this, then I realize, this is it! It has to be! Nothing else even compares to what I want to see the girls in!!
It's basically my wedding colors all in one dress. Can't you just picture this with purple/ivory bouquets??? *SWOON* I adore this little dress right here. So far all of my bridesmaids are basically on board. I have to have a couple of them try it on! YAY! Intially I told them they could wear any dress they wanted - then saw this. Now I have to take back what I told them..... WHOOPS! But then again, I am the bride right???? Gold strappy heels would look perfect with this dress! My girls are going to look HOTT!! They are all pretty, and slim girls! They are gonna rock it! |

GTL - Airbursh?? What are your necessities?
I completely forgot to post my airbrush trial results. And guess what - My camera battery is dunzo, so I didn't get any pictures :o(
However - I added it to the list of things I need to do that are imperative before the wedding - GTLA. :o) Don't make fun - because if you try it you would add it to the list too :o) My FMIL and I tried it out, and I really liked it. I just wish I could have got pictures!!!! She did a smokey eye look on me. I fell asleep on the couch that night then went straight to bed without washing my make-up off. I woke up, and the make-up still looked pretty darn good!!! (18 hours later) Anyways....I am adding airbursh make-up as a necessity for my wedding day. How about you??? WHo else has tried it an is for sure going tha route? What are some of the things you HAVE to do leading up to the big day, and the day of??? |

I was looking through all of my wedding stuff the other day, and taking inventory of everything I have. I came across my getting ready outfit, and wondered what you ladies will be wearing on your special day???
I am actually being a total cliche bride, and so not original - but I love it! I will be getting ready in a Sexy Little Bride Hoodie, Sexy Little Bride Tank, and Pearl White Old Navy flip flops that I diy'ed and covered in swarovski crystals. I love it! :o) So now, what are you wearing when you get ready on your wedding day????? |

Terrible Towel Getaway Plan
As you girls have seen in my previous post, I am surprising my FH with a separate getaway car for just us. He mentioned it, and I told him no way (but really thought it was great!) I wanted to come up with a really unique getaway idea, but didn't want to do something everybody else has done. I hate bubbles, rice is not good, the balloon idea is cute but we will be leaving 10:30 at night, and our venue does not allow sparklers :o(
BUT I have come up with the perfect idea!!!! John is form Pittsburgh, and is a HUGE Steelers fan. I have a surprise Steelers garter, surprise Steelers Grooms cake, and a surprise getaway car. What better idea to go with the getaway car, then to have everybody line up waving their terrible towels???!!! PERFECT!! A terrible towel is a "rally" towel that Steelers fans buy, and wave around at stadiums and bars when the Steelers are playing. You won't really understand it unless you are from Pittsburgh, or have been around real Steelers fans. I am so excited about this surprise idea!! We are leaving the reception a half hour before it is over so we can make a pit stop at his favorite burger joint, before we meet up with our guests at the hospitality suite! YES!! So everybody will line up, and we will run down the tunnel of Terrible Towels being waved around, headed to our getaway car! This is going to be such a great surprise, and end to a perfect reception! I can hardly wait to surprise him with all of this stuff!!!! YAY!! |
