Wedding Cake

Mmmmm Cake :)

So ladies I went cake testing on Wednesday, it went sooo great! Like I said before I am not a cake fan, i just think they are too sweet.

From the moment my FH and I walked into the bakery to start our tasting we were treated like family. (italian owners lol)
He showed us around and acted like they have known us forever.
He showed us his previous work, his speacialty designs, talked about pricing, etc...
They have this signature where they use shaved white chocolate as their outside layer (I guess thats what you call it) and its was so devine, unique and YUMMY!
Now lets talk about the fillings, I was really scared that they were going to be too sweet, but they were perfect! Their was sooo much to choose from lol. My FH and I chose 3 fillings bottom tire is a Zabione with strawberries, he said it their most popular for summer weddings because it is so refreshing. The middle tier is a chocolate (almost tastes like a very expenisive pudding lol) and our top tier we chose to go with lemon (my fav). My FH isnt a lemon fan but even he was in heaven when he was tasting it.
For decor on the cake we have a Swarovski monogrammed "M" as the cake topper, on the bottom tire its going to be purple ribbon with a circle rhinestone broach, middle tier is a solid rhinestone band but we are also adding the purple ribbon under the band so you can still see some color. And lastly the top tire is going to have the same on the bottom purple ribbon with the broach.
Overall it went better then I expected and I couldnt be more HAPPY! :)

The picture is to show you ladies what it looks like with the white chocolate wrapped around the cake :) but ours is in white not pink.
