Parisian Themed Shower
Amazing!!!
Today was my Bridal Shower and it was AWESOME! My sister, mom and aunt out did themselves. I didn't know anything about the shower except the date and time. It was at a local restaurant with 24 of my closest friends and family. It was Parisian themed with everything from Everyone wearing Black and White to Eiffel Tower centerpieces. My mom even made the favors-Eiffel Tower cookies. It was such a beautiful day. Will even showed up at the end with flowers for me. I am so lucky to have such a wonderful fiance and thoughtful and awesome famiy.

Tuxedo Question?
The sales associate at the tuxedo shop I stopped at yesterday said that groom is supposed to wear a white vest and a white or black tie to match me. My FH has the bluest eyes and I think the ice blue vest and tie that coordinates with the bridesmaid dress would really bring out his eyes? I think I've seen grooms wear colored vests and ties, haven't you?

Bridesmaids
Bridesmaid Dress-DONE!
I finally found a Bridesmaid dress that I liked. I'm cutting it close and I hope it gets here in time for the wedding. The lady at the shop said it should be in by the beginning of May and our wedding is at the beginning of June. I'm cutting it a little close, but it should be ok.
It was more difficult to find a Bridesmaid Dress than it was my own. I just could not find anything out there that I loved, and the thing is I only have one Bridesmaid, my sister, so you think it would be easy not having to worry about a fit for each person. But I just couldn't find the right look. Until the other day I went onto the Bill Levkoff site (I love his Ice Blue) and there it was. A new style I had never seen before! I loved it. I immediately called up the shop where I got my dress (We get a discount of 20% off anything they sell, since I bought my dress there) and they had it! My sister tried it on and I knew that was it! Another thing checked off the list, a million more to go! |

I've fallen in love again...
with a pair of Shoes! I've never been a real shoe kind of girl, but these are gorgous and I think I have to have them. They are by Kate Spade, style name Lovely, but they cost almost $300!!! Does anybody know of a similar shoe style for less money?
