Wedding Dress
Strapless, jackquard ballgown with beaded embroidery on bodice and hem of skirt w/ cathedral train
I bought this dress yesterday (6/23) at David's Bridal after my 3rd trip! My MOH daughter Lauren helped me pick it out. I was hesitant to get something elegant as i didnt want that kind of attention. I fell in love with this dress so the rest is history. I can't wait to see the look on my husband to be when i walk down the aisle!

The Proposal
Ed and i have been dating (long distance) for nine months. He proposed on May 8th in Pismo Beach! We've been talking about getting married but i had no idea that he was going to propose that weekend. We stayed at Sonia's, a very close high school friend, for a weekend getaway. Her home overlooks the ocean and the weather was gorgeous that weekend. Sonia and her husband John prepared a fabulous dinner for us that night and i had 2 glasses of wine. I was really buzzed from the wine so i suggested i lay down for a bit, not knowing that Ed had a grand plan to take me out for dessert and coffee to pop the question. He persisted (with Sonia's help) to have me go to Lido's restaurant. We got there after 8:30 pm so it was a little chilly. He suggested we sit outside and i told him that it was too cold but i could tell he really wanted to sit outside so i said ok. He left for a few minutes and we ordered two desserts, mine was the chocolate cake. The desserts were served and i was looking down at mine, i see this sparkly thing sticking out of my cake so i looked at it for a moment again and as i looked at Ed, he's down on his knee (just like the photo which the waiter took instantly) and he asked me to marry him! The people that were passing by started to clap and congratulated us. He had the ring for 2 months! I was the happiest girl at that very moment!
