My Damask Wedding

I thought I would share my DIY damask votives. I searched high and low for votives- you know when you see them everywhere then your looking for them and can't find them!!! Grr -that was my situation. I finally found some cases of 12 votives with candles at Michaels.

I got the handy templates from Heather- and printed them out on velum paper. I think they turned out beautiful!

I'll have 3 on each table on top of a black table clothes with white rose petals scattered. White chair covers with a organza sash tied around every other chair.

I also included some great finds my invitations and some damask thank-you cards!

minor question- how did you attach the vellum to the candles? Just ordinary glue? They look great!

pearaholic- I used double sided tape just at the seam. Glue would be way too messy!
