I'm so excited to have finally ordered my dress!
It's from the Alfred Angelo collection. The dress is going to be ivory and wine. With the help of my 6 loyal and wonderful bridesmaids I was able to decide finally on this dress. It's going to have straps and I will definitely have a shrug or shawl to go over my shoulders and upper arms.
I feel very comfortable now with the selection I've made. The dress is being made right now. I had to order it custom size as I have an hourglass shape. One size made does NOT fit all.
The jewelry that is pictured is what I was thinking of going with. I haven't decided on anything final as far as jewelry yet. This floral pearl set is what caught my eye. It is simple and is similar to the floral pattern on the dress. I don't really like a lot of diamonds and stones. I'm not much into the gaudy look.
Because bridal veils kind of creep me out, I am not going to wear one. I was thinking of wearing a tiara. If I do go with this jewelry set then I will get the hairpin that matches.
Dress. Check! Shoes. Check! Jewelry...still deciding. I will update soon.
