Unpredictable Strikes AGAIN!!!
I haven't posted in a while because I have been working hard on others weddings. Since I've started my wedding planning business i have been have atleast one wedding every other month on average. I even pulled off two weddings on the same day. I cannot explain how important it is to have a great team!!!
I wanted to share with all my WBC sisters how much talent we have here on WBC. Unpredictiable came through for me AGAIN!!! I had a last minute bride who decided the week of her wedding (this Saturday) that she wanted a monorgram. I emailed my sister Shayne and boy did she answer the call. In one day she emailed me the most beautiful monograms that set the true mood of the theme that are undeniably beautiful. Ladies take a look and stop by Shaynes (unpredictablebride) and let her show you waht she can do. She is very low priced and does magnificent work!!!! I love my WBC sisters!!!! |

Wedding Overload!!!!
Hello sisters, i've been away for a minute but I'm stretched tothe hilt!!! i thought I'd let you ladies in on whts' going on.
Wel to start my business is in full roll I have had four weddings since since my own wedding and i have three coming up this year. I am planning my renewal while I am also planning my 20th year Class Reunion and my sister-in-laws 12 year anniversary. We were married a day apart!!! oh let me not forget I'm having a HUGE birthday party this year as well so that is also in the planning and the kicker is everything si almost back to back I have two weddings in one month on back to back weekends I get one month to recoup because my renewal and the annivesary celebration is in September, then the reunion is in October and my birthday is in November and my next two weddings are in December!!! I'm going to need a good drink for New years!! but I'm havign a ball and enjoying it. i posted a few of the weddings I've done recently, let me kow what you think. I posted a pick of the candy table I do as well. |

FYI.... for brides on a true budget!!!!
In an earlier post i discussed my purchase of a wedding dress online. Well I can't get my point across more than to keep telling you guys how impressed I am with this site.
i recently purchased my daughters prom dress from this site and must I say wow. There wasnt' one thing we had to do to this dress and it was on $60 with a $30 shipping fee. The dress retailed for $200 at Dillards I saw it with my own eyes and when I say it was soooo hard to tell the difference i can not lie to my WBC sisters. the site is: www.lightinthebox.com There are actually many dresses to choose from including celebrity wedding dresses. I emplore my fellow WBC brides to atleast give it a look, i was so devastated when i spent $1600.00 on my dress and then found this site and saw so many other dresses I loved at a fraction of the cost!!! let me know what you guys think! |

I'm addicted, so much to the point that I'm already planning a renewal of sorts for our 1 year annivesary!!1 I'm a hopeless romantic and love to plan, I guess thats why I started an event planning business then!!! Just curious to know who on here is already married and still checking in!!! |

Custom Dresses for CHEAP!!!
Well there has been a change. The hubby said he doesn't want me to wear my original wedding dress so, I'm going to sale it now. So I've decided to go with something a bit different but comfortable.
I've found this site that makes custom dresses from stars dresses and I've choosen the lone the Tia Mowery wore for her wedding. I've gotten several dresses from here before and thye are true to thier word. You send them your mesasurments and they ship u the dress. My dress is only $150.00 custom made to my size.... yippie I plan on having the dress cut after the ceremony to wear again. I'm not getting it in white either... I'm getting daffodil (yellow) which will be a great summer dress to have. I've been cruising through WBC and I've run across some beautiful inspiration pics, I thought I'd share with you all to show you were I'm trying to go.
I already have my black and white damask and I'm ordering yellow overlays and sashs to mix in with my black overlays I already have!!!! I'm actually ahead of the game so hopefully I'll crusie through this. I plan on using our toasting glasses from the wedding each year for our anniversary so I'm good there. No ringbearer, fkowrgirls none of that not even a wedding party per-say!!! All my bridesmaids and grooms men will be invited but are not required to stand with us, just the bestman and the maid of honor will be standing with us as well as our daughters. simple elegance with a love of BLINGGGGGG!!!! |

Renewing Our Vows after only One YEAR!!!
I got the Bug and can't stop....
Well it's me again (mrsmarshall) and I've started a new blog, I'm hooked on weddings. I'm coming up on our first year anniveary and we've decided to do a small annivesary dinner and renew our vows as well. I get to plan again!!! Yeah!!!!
Well I've tarted my planning business anyway so this is perfect for me to once again showcase my work as well, i've decided to wear my original wedding dres because I don't feel I got all I wanted out of my $1500.00 before..LOL, plus I can still fit it and I love the dress that much. i will be doing a fasinator this time and we've changed the colors to something basic to allow the men to just purchase a suit, we're inviting out original wedding party to attend but they are not being asked to buy anything special just to wear the colors choosen. All my ladies are so on board they are dying to buy a dress so we're going to make sure they get something affordable and wearable again. We're going with black and yellow this time to make it a sunny look. Wish me luck ladies, here I go again!!!! |
