DIY Wedding
Im So Doing This !

Carnations are a Bride-on-a-Budget's best friend. This was one of the first pictures of a DIY project that I saved from a bridal magazine. Pomanders, Paves, Kissing Balls,..whatever you want to call them.

Step 1: You will need

* A damp round ball of floristry foam measuring 20cm in diameter
* 50 carnations (or flower of your choice)
* scissors
* a ruler.

Step 2: Cut Stems

Cut the stems with your scissors at 3cm. Always cut stems on an angle, to enable maximum water absorption.

Step 3: Arrange Flowers

Starting from the top, push the stem of your first flower into the oasis, ensuring it sinks all the way into the foam base. Continue in a straight line until the ball is ringed with flowers. Then make a line halfway around and fill in the quarters. Ensure the flowers are evenly placed with no gaps.

All Done !
