I think many brides, myself included, are very concerned with cost-savings when it comes to their wedding.

But would you be brave enough to make your own cake?

I used to be a cake decorator- for a retial store. I also bake. But there is NO WAY I am doing my wedding cake. Too much stress!

That's just too much to do the day before or the day of. What happens if it didn't work out? I'd be screwed! There's lots of think I'm willing to do myself...but that's one that's too much of a gamble!

I definitely would not. We're saving money by not going through a bakery. One of our groomsmen's mom's does cakes as a hobby, and she does an amazing job, so she will be making our cake.

Yes, I did that twice..After dong all the prepartions 3 days before and freezing, cutting into the appropriate shape, icing and transporting to the location...I've decided to be stress free, so I ordered it to be delivered without no worries.
