Stressed about my dress

They ordered my dress & it will arive end May or beginning of June. So now my mind is going all over. I keep looking at other dresses & wonder if I made the right decision.

The dress I chose was the one I fell in love with from the moment I saw it & after months of looking around my heart still wanted this dress.

Am I just getting wedding dress cold feet? I'm sure I'll feel better once the dress is here & I can try it on.

I'm just scared it doesn't look the way I want to it & that it doesn't look great on me.

Freaking out a little bit......

Your dress is AMAZING.....! So so super gorgeous and I'm not just saying this. Your dress is JUST the type of dress I would have traded MY dress for. It's romantic, slimming, ornate, designer-looking (lol) and all the rest.

Don't worry, what you are feeling is normal. I second guessed myself MANY times. But once the adjustments on my dress were made and I got to put it on again, I realized that I loved it.

You are going to be SUCH a brilliant bride. :-D

You are right. I must just wait to see it on me once it fits perfectly I'm sure I'll be over the moon.

I really really love your dress I want to swap you.

I had the same worries about my dress recently and its been hanging in my spare bedroom for 8 months!

I think that you will love many other dresses and you could probably go out there and find another. However this is the dress that you loved when you tried on and you will love it again for the wedding and your man will love seeing you in it. You will look beautiful!

I didn't buy my dress till a few weeks ago because I wanted to make sure it was the one, the more I looked for other dresses the more beautiful this one looked to me. I can see myself in it. I love all the different details.

Maggie Sottero Ambrosia! MY 2nd LOVE!!  This is the dress I am walking down the aisle to my FH TOMORROW!  You can't cheat on her, she is too beautiful!  haha  No really, in all seriousness this is my same exact dress and you will get so many compliments on it, I had to do a couple fittings and everytime the sales ladies would stop what they were doing (even if it was helping another bride) and stare, I have received so many compliments on it already and I haven't even stepped out of the bridal salon in it yet =)

I felt the same about mine too, you wait so long to get it in, there are so many thoughts going through your head. If you had those feelings about it right away and they only got stronger when looking at other dresses - this is your dress!! When I got to try MY dress on for the first time, I wasn't as happy, only because it didn't fit perfect, it was a little big and there weren't any clips pulling it as tight as it could, but after I had my first fitting, I'm in love again, can't wait for the second one. So the feelings only get better when it's your dress and it's fit perfectly for you.

i was having the same problem... with my dress not fitting so I went and ordered a new one off ebay.. which i love too...but now my first dress fits me...and i am stuck in a delima!

@mmbride. That is quite a dilemma. What are you going to do?

Post some pics of yourself in the dresses. I would love to see. :-)

Girls, I had another dress nightmare. Dreamt the dress was blue, way too short & I had a white bra on with this blue skirt & that was the dress, my whole stomach was open. It was awful. I can't wait for my dress to arrive so I can try it on. :-)

Hopefully then the nightmares will stop. LOL
