Here's my beautiful ring. I couldn't ask for a better ring for my small hands, though in the picture you can't tell how small my fingers are.

We had decided a long time ago that we would get engaged on our 5 year anniversary - 12/24/08. Well, about a week before Christmas Eve, he comes over to my house with a huge Christmas present wrapped up and puts it under the Christmas tree, telling me its from his mom since she would be working on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. So I was fine with it, then comes Christmas Eve and he comes over early in the morning before we go to my dad's side of the family's annual Christmas party. He comes in carrying a small box and I'm like okay, there's my ring. So he hands it to me in front of my mom and sister, I start smiling all big and I open it up. Well inside is a small piece of dark chocolate (my favorite) with a tag that says, "Ha Ha, I got you. Open Mom's present." So I open his mom's present which has another box in it and it goes that way for a total of 5 boxes, when I finally come to my ring box. The ring box has a tag on it that says, "A, Would You? - J"! Of course I said Yes! So that's my engagement story!
