I love the Damask trio, I am having a triple display of cakes too!
The one on my page is the big one, we will have a small cake topper size one with that statue on it, and the third is his grooms cake... he wants a cake called "better than sex cake" I laughed at first but this actually exsists LoL

I also like the 2nd cake with the dots on it and the 5th one with your black & white accents... some limes mixed with pretty flowers would look gorgeous on this!

Becareful about the black b/c I've heard from several people that the black taste like licorish  ewwww....  but to each his own right?  my baker is adding just a few black designs but not too much to turn off the eaters.  Good luck!  and those are some beautiful cakes I really like number 2
