maid of honor horror what do i do?

BIG PROBLEM !!! ok i already choose my bridemaid but now i have to choose a maid of honor and im torn between my oldest dearest best friend and my cousin. if i choose Cathy my best friend is looks like im choose friends over family and if i choose my cousin it looks like i dont care about my friends plus my mother is already pushing me to choose my cousin but a part of me really want to choose Cathy we just started talking again and i really think this will bring us closer and at the same time i was Janell's maid of honor last year so a kind of feel like i have to return the favor what should i do?

Do what you in your heart wants to do! I learned that from my first wedding. Another thing I learned... is friends come and go and family is forever. As for my opinion, I agree with the others. You can have them both if you want and it keeps everybody happy. Why not?!?  It's your wedding. :o)

Friends of mine didnt have a maid of honour or a best man.

There were 4 bridesmaids, and 4 groomsmen..who were refferred to as:
The "matrons of honour" and the "best men"

I have four matrons of honor..i couldnt choose one so i chose all 4 ( dont have any BMs) . So its definitely okay to ask them both.

Use both of them.or you can make Janell Matron since she married and use cathy as a maid...Dont stress 2 much....I used one and one...you can have 4 moh if you wanted.Hope everything goes well

Both MOH. It's not worth it to lose a friend over it, and there's no rule that says you can't have two MOH's. I've seen weddings where they have had a matron of honour and a maid of honour, so why not two maids of honour?!

I DONT HAVE A MAID OF HONOR.... I DONT THINK IT IS NECESSARY.......

TWO OF THEM ARE SISTERS...SO IF I CHOOSE ONE OVER THE OTHER THEY WOULD BE HURT...OVER WHAT...A STUPID TITLE...... SO I AM JUST ORDERING THEM BY HEIGHT AND I LEAVE IT AT THAT!

I wouldn't risk hurting any of their feelings..so I would opt for having 2 MOH's..what a difficult position to be put in..wishing you all of the best
