15 days
Where did the time go
OMG, so I only have 15 days left!!! Are you serious! Wow, I have an array of emotions going on right now. I'm nervous, but excited, scared and happy, all at the same time. As far as planning goes, I think I did a pretty good job. Due to a few financial mishaps, I will just be paying everything off this weekend but hey, its before the wedding and thats all that matters to me. So I know I haven't been on here in what seems like forever, and I can't say for sure when I will be back, so for now, happy planning, my turn is almost here! Wish me luck ladies, and thank you all for all the wonderful ideas, the great advice, and the awesome support you have given me throughout my wedding planning experience. This website is the greatest and I will definately be back with pics.

Bridal Shower
Any game suggestions?
On to some good new (referring to my previous post)
My shower in this coming weekend! Its all happening so fast and I"m so excited. I know alot of this is supposed to be the bridal party, but my mom is doing most of it and I'm usually the game coordinator for all the other parties and just wanted to know if anyone has some interesting, different, or just all around fun games to play at the shower? I've never been to a bridal shower before so not really sure what games are played, I looked around online a little and found a couple. So, if any of you ladies have any suggestions please let me know ASAP if possible :) |

So I've finished my bridal shower invitations and I have to say I was really happy the way they turned out...my wedding invitations are done also and sent will have pics of them up soon, I'm very excited how those came out as well, the pics aren't that great my phone died on me and my replacement is a little old school but you can sort of get the idea

My new dress...you will not believe what I paid
So if you read any of my post before...I've been so confused about my dress I already had for a while, my grandmother purchased it for me so I felt like I had to wear it but didn't really "feel" it anymore...yadayada...LOL Then another post about me being undesided about if I should cover my tattoos or not Well I've been looking around and found the absolutely perfect dress for me Its really nothing that I expected to like, Again with the previous posts, alot of the dresses I did like to buy were very "blingy" really flowy and kinda sexy. This one I kinda thought was a little plain, maybe a lil old fashioned, but when I put it on.....watch out, its soooooo me!!! And I know I said before I want BLING, well I'm still gonna get it, I'm just going to accessorize with the bling instead. I'm so excited, you never know what your really going to like and whats really you until you try it on and when you've found THE ONE you know, you feel it, and every bone in your body tells you it...and I'm know I found IT. OMG...I forgot the most important factor...its was on sale at David's Bridal for $180.00, I know its crazy right....but thats not all... I went to a bridal expo and got a $50.00 David's bridal gift card so I only paid...well you do the math...I knew that bridal expo wasn't completely a waste of time and would come in handy...LOL |

David's bridal princess ball gown!
I'm selling my 1st wedding dress...its NEVER been worn still in bridal bag! I fell in love with it when I first started my wedding planning but feel, like I've "transitioned" I guess and found another beautiful dress I love! I will sell for $150.00 paid $400.00 for it. Its beautiful beaded with pearls on the bodice, its a halter with beautiful dramatic tulle on the bottom. Very PRINCESSY...LOL, its a size 18, so email me if your interested or want to know any more about it. Rock Out!!! Or Cover Up?
That is the question...Do I hide my tattoos at my ceremony or do I rock them! Here's the thing, my mother and my father both hate my tattoos (by the way my mom has 3 tattoos) I'm having a very formal Catholic wedding. I have a few tattoos as so does my FH, its who we are and we love them! But do I try to be conservative and cover them, its not who I really am, but I don't want to upset my mom or dad, or my church. What do I do, I guess I can NOT cover them right, what are they going to do? Kick me out? IDK Any suggestions? |

First is the Father/Daughter dance by the Temptations...I don't want it to be mushy or sappy, I cry just thinking of the dance so I wanted something a little more up beat and lively but sweet Second is our first dance by Prince...the song is romantic and I love it And the rest are just some for the dollar dance I still need a cake cutting song A entry song Mother/Son song A last dance And probably a few more |

Need your help again ladies
So who says you have to have all these individual chosen songs for the wedding? UGHH!!! Well now that you tell me I need to have them then I need to have them, there's no changing it now...LOL But can someone help me out with a list of songs I need for the wedding? ie. There's a first dance, a father daughter, a parents, a cake....yada yada, I need to know how many other songs I need so I can tell my DJ. Or do I just trust the DJ will play the best song for that exact moment? Help, I have a first dance song already, but I don't know what other kind of songs I should be looking for |
