Thank You Cards
Another thing crossed off my list. Finished all our thank you cards this weekend. We'll be taking a photo with us holding a parasol that says thank you and putting one in every card. The thank you parasol will be my next project.

Kids Scavenger Hunt
I want to keep the kids at our wedding busy so I've decided to give them this scavenger hunt in their kids packs. I'm sure they will have a blast. It will be a good way for them to participate in the dancing and to introduce themselves to the other guests. I will be putting this, their digital cameras, the activity books, a pencil case filled with pencil crayons, a package of 5 cent candies, and I think a different travel game in each child's case. There are only 4 kids so it's not bad.

I've decided to do something a little different since most of our guests are married. Attached to the bouquet and garter will be these coupons. Whoever catches these will be treated with a special night out by their loved one.

I finally got my flower girl gifts on the weekend and they are super cute.
Attention all Canadian brides. These were ordered from the David's Bridal website but they do not ship to Canada. I was able to put my order in and then I was charged and given a tracking number. When I went to track my package it said it had been sent back to the shipper. They informed me they did not ship to Canada and there was nothing they could do to get it to me. My flower girls are gonna love these doodle bags and again a big thanks to a fellow WC bride for accepting my package and then shipping it to me. : ) |
