Can't figure them out!! Ugh!

Here's a couple pics of my bouquets.. yes we're not doing flowers. The entire wedding has zero flowers so I didn't think it would look right to just have flowers for the bouquets so we used ornaments to go with all the rest of the wedding decor. I want them to look unique & wintery too!

My problem is I don't know what to do on them! It's frustrating me because I can't figure it out. I just feel like they aren't finished! I'd love to add a string of pearl beads on it somehow but no matter how I do it, it just doesn't look right. I wrapped the base but I'm not sure if I like that either. Should I add more feathers? I just don't know, I'm hitting a creative road block!

I think they are adorable!! If anything, you could add a little bit more feathers so it's a little more... feathery, lol. I don't quite know the right word I'm looking for. It's where they stick out a little more and flow.

I think is perfect just the wait it is, I love the colors you used and I agree with Danielle some more feather and voila!! beautiful bouquet!!! I'm not having flowers either actually I posted yesterday about my bouquet it's crystals if you want you can check my blog to see how it is like. Great job girl!!!

I think your boquest is great the way it is but if you are looking to add pearls I would suggest maybe adding a curly que wire thingy with a pearl on it or a few pearls.

That way they wouldn't just be hanging on somewhere.

I dont know if that is what you are looking for exactly but it might help. :)

Either way I think the bouquet looks great the way it is.

omg!!!! i am doing the same thing!lol.
I bought those cone styrofoam things and decided to use them as a bouquet holder and added tissue paper flowers and feathers...but i feel loike something is missing too.lol.

BTW...your looks gorgeous. i love them...and i dont think anything is missing.crazy! =)

Thank you ladies!! I agree, def. more feathers!

@inluv2myshrek- I used the styrofoam cones too! I just stuck a dowel through the ball & hot glued it to the cone part. I could not get them to stick otherwise! It works great & I just wrapped the cone part in organze.. easy! I cant wait to see yours!! Got any pics?!
