So ladies Im down a total of 6lbs since I starded blogging about this and Im very excited! Losing weight can be so hard and keeping it off can be even harder. I think my biggest fear rite now is gaining the 6 lbs back. I only have 10 more to go until I go dress shopping and 20 till Im at my goal weight!
I currently am trying to give up sweets and soda and it is hard. What are somethings you ladies do to lose weight?
The biggest thing I do watch what I eat. I try to eat lots of veggies and fruits. Chicken and lean meats. I am also on the Paleo Diet. Besides that I bike at least 6-7 miles every other day. And I just started getting back into boxing. I like to stay active. Good luck with your continued weight loss! I know you can do it!
