Wedding Dress
Coverup....Cardigan?!

So here it is 16 days before the wedding and yeah, I'm freaking out a little!! I didn't lose as much weight as I wanted and was looking in the mirror last night and realized I don't like the way my arms look. :(

What do you think about cardigans as an alternative for a coverup? I LOVE them and wear them pretty often so I feel it fits my style.

I found some really cute inspiration photos and I really like the look.

Has anyone seen any pretty embellished cardigans anywhere?!

The cardigan look is cute! I like it and I would definitely wear it. I have not seen any embellished cardigans but if I do, I'll let you know.

I think it would definitely look super cute. I have never seen that before, but I little pop of color would be nice.

I've seen them at Macy's. Even if they don't have embellishments on them you can buy them from JoAnn's and Michael's and some you can iron on or even sew-in.

Thanks for your inputs!! My shoes are already an apple green color so I'm thinking I may go with an ivory cardigan (color of my dress) so that it's not too much! Now I just have to decide on which one and find some embellishments :)

I LOVE this look! If you can't find an embellished one, simple ones are easy to doll up.
I love shorter cardis in plain colours, then replacing the buttons with sparkly or vintage ones or leaving it unbuttoned and using a thick ribbon as a belt.

@kristah  I love that idea!! I ordered a cropped and a regular length cardigan earlier so I could see both options. I have been going  back and forth on getting a sash because I love them but they are all so expensive. I may try to DIY one if I have the time :)
