I absolutely LOVE gerbera daisies!! Hot pink ones to be exact. I just think they are so fun and beautiful!! I have some in my bouquet and my bm's bouquets!! I wouldn't have it any other way! :)

I'll second gerbera daisies! i had pink ones in mine and my bridesmaids' bouquets, along with stephanotis and roses.

Hot Pink Gerber daisies!!! I love them, i am using them and only them in my centerpieces too! and will definatly have a lot of them in my bouquet in multiple colors.

SO IM WITH THE OTHER LADIES! DEF GERBERA DAISIES.... I WILL HAVE THEM IN MY BOUQUET AND THE BMS AND MY CENTERPIECES, AND A FEW ROSES...THERE ARE JUST BEAUTIFUL AND PLAYFUL!

Cymbidium orchids, especially white with the dark maroon spotted tongues.

I didn't love them until a florist brought me a stem of them from a bridal show at the hotel where I worked. They're so beautiful, smooth looking and exotic!

ANEMONES all the way...used them for our wedding and love, love, loved them!!!!!!!!

Black Dahlias and peonies. :) I have several more but we will just leave it at that.

Specifically Stargazer Lilies, which I recently found out are my gramma's favorite flowers as well. :)

I love roses! I think there are so many unique colors and blooms and they look so elegant and classy.

David Austin roses, huge dahlias, dogwood and white anemones.

Oh and zinnias, like a gerber daisy only a thousand times better.

ditto on the peonies, love orchid and raunculus, but not using orchids more of a decoration than for wedding to modern for me

I can't pick a favourite. I had hot pink roses in my bouquet and hot pink gerbers around the fireplace at the reception. I really wanted green cymbidium orchids, but FH wouldn't let me, and they were too expensive.

That's tough! I like so many flowers! I think my favorite would have to be peonies though, followed by anemones and cymbidium orchids. I'm using peonies and cymbidiums in my bouquet.

Candy Bianca Roses. I was searching online for hours trying to find the exact light shade of pink rose and I fell in love. The problem is... not many growers supply this variety anymore! I can find them myself on fiftyflower.com, but I'm not sure if it's worth it since I can get a similar variety such as Sweet Anna, for much less. anyway... here's a pic that I LOVE with candy bianca roses.

I love peonies and roses!! They're so pretty! I think I'll end up in your situation though. I don't mind. Open roses are gorgeous!

They smell wonderful, and look so exotic. Like a flower you would see in Hawaii. =)

My absolute fave the orchid. I think they are so delicate yet sophisticated.

I love peonies, garden roses & anemones for bouquets. I really love the softer, full look for a bouquet. Those flowers just always catch my eye & are so pretty to me.

My favorite is a calla lily! :)

i love Dahlias and Peonies ... however they are not in season for my wedding.. booooo. so i'll be getting spider mums in my centerpieces to replace the dahlias. i also love Calla Lillies!

sittininatree: you are getting married right at the best time of year for dahlias!! The middle of august to the middle of September is when they are in full bloom!
That's what I used for mine in august, they were perfect.

apparently in my area my florist says she can't get them. oh well

Blush pink Peonies all the way!! Im hoping since my wedding is in Spring they will be available. Otherwise I have NO clue..I guess just some pretty pink roses, LOL! (Im not much a flower person..)

i am VERY suprised noone said calla lilies. i LOVE them and my bouquet was a handfull of large white callas hand tied with bear grass. I LOVED it and everyone else commented on how beautiful they were. Spider mums are my second favorite and thats what the girls carried

My absolute favorite flower are carnations. I'm using just those in my bouquet. However, I also like peonies and anemones.

Calla lilies for sure. But I also love orchids, birds of paradise and gerberas!

wildflowers for me. i do love poppies and wispy flowers, too though! peonies are also so sweet and fluffy. I love peach ones.

peonies are my absolute fav too :) can't go wrong..they even look vintage plus they smell fabulous!

Same here I love peonies but will be using the Pink Peony Rose Yves Piaget instead because it will be a June wedding. Oh yeah and I love orchids and hydrangeas too!
